A PRINCE2 certified Technical Project Manager, Business Analyst and Systems Developer, responsible for the design, development and delivery of a wide range of systems and organisational projects over the last 20 years across both the public and private sector. I am experienced in leading the coordination and management of complex system rollouts, upgrades and enhancements to ensure a smooth delivery in line with target objectives.
A background in accounting and audit means that I understand the importance of financial management within projects and the need to measure the value to the business of the products that each project creates. I am a self-motivated, resourceful, and methodical individual who prides myself on the ability to deliver high standards of work along with excellent time management and communication skills.
I lead teams with a focus on good communication and establishing lasting relationships. My ability to ensure a smooth transfer of information across multiple layers of hierarchy and manage any unforeseen challenges has always been a strength. I am adaptable and forward-thinking in my approach with the ability to create cohesive, collaborative team environments whilst leading from the front.

Mobile Banking Application
Delivered Santander International’s first Mobile Banking application for both Android and iOS operating Systems. This included business & technical requirements gathering, testing approach and script design, and managing the App approval process for both Apple and Android devices.
The App was launched successfully and has seen significant Customer uptake in addition to receiving very positive feedback from users.

ServiceNow Implementation
Successfully delivered the implementation of ServiceNow to replace the existing Incident and Request ticketing system, in addition to deploying integrated change management functionality.
This involved system configuration and integration with external sources as well as designing and delivering the testing and training processes.
Government of Jersey
Covid-19 On Island Testing Lab
Successfully delivered the implementation of the OpenCell Covid PCR Testing laboratory, including Supplier evaluation and procurement, site selection, technical & clinical testing, and logistical delivery.
This facility was successfully brought online against very aggressive timescales and amidst a challenging global environment.
Covid-19 Vaccination Status Certification
Led the Project to design, develop and implement Jersey’s Covid Status Certificates.
This required collaboration with local and national clinical bodies to ensure proscribed technical requirements were met to allow Islanders to resume off-Island travel.
